Future engineers, biologists, researchers, environmentalists, computer scientists, astronomers, and innovators sit in our classrooms every day at Ancillae-Assumpta Academy. Witnessing their creativity and curiosity energizes us in moving Ancillae forward and compels the Board of Trustees and Administration to plan for their future with commitment and resolve.
It is with passion and pride for our students that we launch Engineering Our Future: The Campaign for Ancillae-Assumpta Academy for a comprehensive renovation of our current Handmaid Center. Engineering Our Future is a $5.0 million campaign that concentrates on our strategic priorities - advancement in engineering, the sciences, and our Resource Learning Center. At Ancillae, we are committed to innovative and transformative teaching and learning to ignite the spark of ingenuity in our students. This campaign will provide the resources to fuel that spark and propel Ancillae into the future in learning spaces and educational programs.
We come to you at this critical juncture to make a difference in the lives of our students. The momentum of the campaign makes us proud. Help us to build that momentum and take up the challenge to further the mission and strategic vision of Ancillae by joining us in Engineering Our Future. By engaging in this campaign, you are cementing the pillars of innovation at AAA so that our students will meet their future with confidence.

- What does the renovation include?
- When will the renovation begin? When will the building open?
- How much should I give?
- Is this in addition to our annual sustaining fund gift?
- What about commemorative and memorial opportunities?
- Who is designing and constructing the building?
All members of the Ancillae community are invited to support this campaign. We encourage those supporting the campaign to consider making a stretch gift by pledging their support over a multi-year period. We hope that every family will consider making a gift at a level meaningful to them. Every gift is a valuable contribution to our $5 million campaign goal.
Yes, this initiative seeks gifts in addition to your yearly support of the Annual Sustaining Fund. The essential everyday needs of the operating budget, as supported by annual fund, do not disappear during a Capital Campaign. It's critical for the school to maintain a healthy Annual Sustaining Fund during the campaign.
John J. Di Benedetto and Associates have designed the new Handmaid Innovation Center. John is a faithful alumni parent and has worked with Ancillae on several other renovation projects. He has earned several architectural awards for his design of our Stepping Stones Lobby.
McDonald Building Company, located in Norristown, PA, has been selected to complete the construction of the renovation.
