Extended Day
Welcome to our new school year. We are happy to have your child in the Extended Day program this year. Extended day will follow the same protocols as during the school day and has some changes to keep us all safe and healthy. Please read below for information for the Extended Day program this year.

Stepping Stones Lobby, Sisters' Backyard (after 3:15)

Student Dining Room, Lower Field (after 3:45 pm)

Voicemail for extended day. Ext.200 Please leave messages here for extended. Cell numbers listed are to be used for pick-up text only.
When extended day moves to the outdoor area, a sign will be posted by the SSM Lobby (ssm/ps) or Student Dining Room (K-8) to let you know to drive to those areas for pick-up.
Pick-up
Parents should park near pickup doors or outside play area. The Sisters backyard in the gate before the SSM building and turn on the main driveway. For the lower field pick-up, please go to the lower lot at end field. Remain in car and text that you are here. Please include your child’s name and make and color of your car. SSM/PS and Graders will not merge this year so this families with children in each group will have two pickups. Pick up your SSM/PS child first and then move to the graders. You can send the texts needed at the same time and we will have your child ready. Your child will be walked toward the car. To assist us, please exit and stand by your car as you see your child approach.
Text helpful hint: Please text the number for teacher with your child’s grade. Teacher will reply. If you do not get a reply, please text another number on the list.
Bring to Extended Day:
Graders- pencil case with tools for homework- pencils, scissors, glue etc.
K- 8 - a book in school bag
All- extra mask if you feel your child would like a fresh mask for the afternoon
