Whether it's a classroom performance or a Fine Arts recital, our young students delight in being on stage.
There are many opportunities to begin in our formal Fine Arts Program.
Dancin’ with Disney for pre-schoolers and Ballet, Tap, and Jazz class for kindergarteners teach children the fundamentals of dance and creative movement and build on beginning dance techniques to develop the concentration and performance skills needed to complete a dance routine.
Private music lessons can begin in early childhood for certain instruments. Enrolled students participate in a weekly 30-minute lesson one-on-one with an instructor.
Traditional Conservatory Piano can begin as early as age 5. Students are introduced to natural posture, hand position, production of beautiful tone, and interval and note reading. An acoustic piano is preferred, however, at the discretion of the instructor, students are permitted to begin study using an electric keyboard for practice. Each instructor uses a variety of instruction, theory, and methods books.
Violin, Viola, Cello, Upright Bass are available to students age 4 and above. Consultation on instrument sizing will be offered. Parents need not come to lessons with child, but it is highly recommended for younger students.
Registration for the Fine Arts program takes place each spring. The Fine Arts brochure details cost and offering descriptions.
