Tuition

 

Tuition for the school year 2011-2012 is due on July 1, 2011.  There are several payment options available:

  • Payment in full on July 1
  • For an additional $100 tuition can be paid
    • Twice a year (July and January)
    • Quarterly (July, October, January, April)
    • Monthly (July to April)
    • Bi-Monthly (July to April)
  • Tuition paid by semester, quarter or month are done only through ACH debit.  The annual fee for the debit option is $50. Tuitions paid by debit will have an additional $100 added to the base tuition.
  • Tuition payments, other than quarterly and monthly, can be paid by cash or check.
  • The Academy reserves the right to withhold academic records, report cards, diplomas, and transcripts when an account is in arrears.

A non-refundable re-registration deposit of $500 is due on January 3, 2012 to hold each student's place for the next school year, and is credited to the following year's tuition.  New families pay this deposit at the time of registration.

Families may add an additional 6% of the base tuition to their tuition payment.  This tax-deductible voluntary contribution assists with Faculty/Staff medical benefits.

Ancillae-Assumpta Academy endeavors to maintain and affordable tuition and count on the good will and generosity of our parents to give according to their means to our Annual Sustaining Fund.
